Strength and Conditioning

GRIT provides integrated training to individuals and groups to assist people to reach their health and wellness goals. We specialize in sport-specific programming, overall strength development and fundamentals, and conditioning and agility training. GRIT utilizes a variety of modalities depending on overall goals. The only requirements are that you arrive on time and have an open mind.

Individual plans are dynamic and based upon:

  • Personal history
  • Injuries or physical limitations
  • Current and future fitness/athletic goals

Prior to initial meeting, clients will complete:

  • Initial assessment form
  • Personal history form
  • An initial one-on-one fitness assessment

At the initial assessment visit, GRIT will develop a personalized plan with objective goals and a timeline for reassessment.
